Putting up Christmas lights

Today we put up Christmas lights at our house. We pulled out our reindeer and Stevie took right to him. The kids "helped" put together some of our display pieces. They did a good job watching daddy put up the lights. And at one point they even took a break on our patio to do some painting.

While at Turtlebay today Stevie was very upset about something and didn't want to keep walking. As I kept walking ahead, expecting her to begin walking towards me, Mitchell went back to her, held her hand, and asked her if that helped her feel better. She said yes, and began walking with her big brother.

Day at Turtle Bay

First tooth GONE

Mitchie lost his first tooth on November 23rd while looking at chocolate chips at Target. The toothfairy paid us a visit, left 4 quarters, a note about brushing teeth and ate a small bag of M&Ms before leaving to go back to her castle.

Mitch in his flight suit and P-51, Annie in her Top Gun uniform, Niki in her scrubs as the Flight Doc, Rich in his jumpsuit and reflective vest as an aircraft marshaller, and Stevie in her flight jacket and pink airplane as a Pilot Princess.

It's not ever possible to get them both smiling AND looking at the camera; this picture is nothing short of a miracle.
